The Britned Project.

The Britned project is about constructing and operating an electricity link between the Maasvlakte in the Netherlands and the Isle of Grain in the United Kingdom..
The project started in 2010 and is expected to finish in 2011.
The total project will be the production and laying of an electricity cable from aprox. 260km and 1000MW  via the North Sea.

From august 2010 till november 2010 our vessel SC Moneypenny assisted the building by transfering the crew to and from the work vessels who were operational at sea. The SC Moneypenny operates from Sheerness UK and will be later replaced with our vessel the SC Puma..
